All the information that we request is to insure that you have a fun, safe, and logistically smooth trip. At any time during your travels, we are happy to provide you with more information about why we have requested certain information.

Contact Information Abroad and in Peru: We want to be able to keep you up-to-date about your trip details and logistics. We ask for complete contact information so that we may have more opportunities to reach you. We will contact you through your home country contact information until you reach Peru. Once in Peru, if there are last minute details about your trip, we will contact you through your Peruvian contact information.

Emergency Contact Information: Pica Peru may need additional information to handle certain situations that may arise. Such situations may include medical and psychological sufferings, injuries, etc. We require you to provide emergency contact information so that if these unexpected situations occur, we can more completely respond to them.

Medical/Dietary Information: We understand that your enjoyment of a Pica Peru culinary vacation depends on your being comfortable and in good health. We ask that you provide medical information so that we can respond to any health questions that may come up during the trip. We ask for dietary information to ensure that you are able to eat the food that we serve and make on a Pica Peru culinary vacation.

Flight/Passport Information: Pica Peru personally meets its travelers at the airport. We request your flight information so that we can arrange smooth arrivals and departures. We ask for passport information because some of our local providers (hotels, airlines, etc.) require it to secure your reservation.

Birthday/Professional/Language Information: Pica Peru's culinary vacations are small and personalized. We find that we can give you more personalized service if we know a little about who you are. For that reason we ask for birthday, professional, and language information.

Credit Card Information: We only require you to submit credit card information if you are choosing to pay by credit card. We ask for this information so that we can process your trip payment.

SIGNING UP

To sign up for a Pica Peru Culinary Vacation, you are required to fill out the online Registration Form as well as a PDF Reservation Form. Your completed Reservation Form is sent, via regular mail, to Peru Culinary Vacations LLC, which will process your payment and forward your signed Terms and Conditions to Pica Peru. No Registration or Reservation information will be shared with third party agents not directly involved in your Pica Peru Culinary Vacation.

When you submit your email address to receive Pica Peru's monthly newsletter, we use it for just that. We will not contact you about other Pica Peru products unless you request such information, and we will not share your email address with outside sources.

FUTURE CONTACT

After you participate in a Pica Peru culinary vacation, we like to keep in touch. We may periodically email or mail you information about our company. In such mailings, you might receive information about new Pica Peru products or discounts on services.
